Return Policy

You may return the products you purchased without having to give us a reason to return them within 14 calendar days of receipt. Returns are accepted only if the returned products are in excellent condition, accompanied by their tags and with proof of retail sale (invoice or receipt). If you wish to return the product you should contact our customer service department by email or by phone (+30) 22310 22327. After consulting with our customer service department, send the parcel to the following address: CHRISTOS DROUGAS (11oz-shop) 24 Riga Feraiou, PC. 35132, Lamia, Greece. Shipping costs are borne by the sender. In order to avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that the order of the products and intact packaging be checked carefully when ordering for any obvious defects.
Returns are made at the current price of each item on the day they are received at the 11oz-shop by courier.

If you wish to refund (instead of replacing the product), the money is refunded to your bank account upon receipt of the returned product from us. It is also noted that the initial shipping costs and the down payment are not credited.

Swimsuits and lingerie may not be returned for hygiene reasons.


Defective products

Defective products are identified as defective upon receipt or which have a manufacturing error within one (1) month from the date of purchase. Products that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective. All products with obvious manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same product, if available otherwise they can choose whatever other type the customer wishes.
However, reserves the right, in the event of disputed complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection to determine if the complaint is genuine. The user will be informed of the progress of their complaint. Wherever possible, will repair the defective product.

Shipping and returning of defective products will not incur any shipping costs. If there is a difference in the price of the new item, the customer will be charged.


Order cancellation

You can cancel your order in whole or in part by sending up to the time before you receive the email indicating that your order is ready to be shipped. There are two (2) ways to cancel an order:

1. By sending an email to requesting the cancellation of the order and knowing its number.

2. By phone at (+30) 22310 22327.
